Tammy Brady

Tammy T. Brady is a senior associate at Files Hayle.  A native of South Carolina and graduate of Clemson University, Tammy has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since earning her law degree at the Charleston School of Law.

Tammy is experienced in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, family violence protective orders, legitimation, paternity, alimony, separate maintenance, name change, and contempt actions.  Additionally, she has experience in Estate Planning, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Tammy’s extensive family law knowledge has taught her to create strategies for her clients that reduce the harmful impacts of contentious litigation while fiercely advocating for their rights.

Tammy is a member of The Faith Center in Tucker, Georgia, where she serves as a partner to the congregation and community.  Tammy lives in Stonecrest with her son, Quincy, and enjoys spending time at the park and going on adventures with her small family.
